â—¦  You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customized items are non-returnable.

â—¦  Yes! We can fix any damages and polish/clean your items. Terms and conditions apply based on the type of damage. If the damage is due to a fault on our side, we take full responsibility. Polishing and cleaning can be done at any time free of charge, though shipping charges will apply.
